introverted: someone who loses energy via social interaction. Needs rest to recharge with "alone time" between outings.

extroverted: someone who gains energy via social interaction. Gains energy from other people and a lot of isolation can have a negative effect on them.

introverted does not mean "smart intelligent wow amazing" and extroverted does not mean "stupid dumb only likes 2 party!!!" no that's stupid it's just different ways of gaining energy and socializing.

an introverted person can be really social. An extroverted person can be really intelligent. Extroversion and introversion just describe how someone responds to social interaction/gatherings it doesn't mean you're smarter or dumber or hate people or whatever

It doesn’t matter whether someone is a relative, romantic interest, employer, childhood friend, or a new acquaintance — you don’t have to make room for people who cause you pain or make you feel small. It’s one thing if a person owns up to their behavior and makes an effort to change. But if a person disregards your feelings, ignores your boundaries, and continues to treat you in a harmful way, they need to go.
